MAYEM: North Goa BJP candidate Shripad Naik kicked off his campaign for the Lok Sabha election at Shirgao-Bicholim on Friday.
North Goa MP Naik paid homage to Goddess Lairai from Shirgao. Later, he visited places like Shirgao, Sarvan-Karapur, Ona-Maulingem-Kudchirem, Narvem, Pilgao, Chorao and Mayem-Vaiginim and met the voters.
Speaking on the occasion, Naik called upon the voters to elect BJP by a thumping majority to pave way for BJP to form government at the Centre. He assured the people to fulfil their aspirations once again after getting elected.
Naik also apprised the people about the completion of 700 projects during his tenure. Panchayat representatives and BJP leaders were present on the occasion.
