PANJIM: Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be in Goa on September 10 to flag off event off the first-ever all-women crew of Indian Navy that would circumnavigate the globe on vessel INSV Tarini. Flagging off of Navika Sagar Parikrama would be done at the hands of Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at 12.30 pm on September 10 at INS Mandovi Boat pool, Verem.
