CURCHOREM: Aslam Mohammed Ali Maniyar (40), resident of Pontemoll, Curchorem and native of Solapur in Maharashtra committed suicide by hanging himself with the help of a cotton rope tied to a rafter on Thursday morning.
According to investigating officer PSI Sanity Kavlekar, the deceased was staying with his wife and two minor children. “After the post-mortem at Hospicio hospital Margao, his body was handed over to relatives for conducting the final rites,” said the investigating officer.
