Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have reached an agreeable resolution for their temporary custody arrangement concerning their two daughters. Court documents confirm that the former couple has found common ground, as they share parental responsibilities for their children, Willa, aged 3, and 14-month-old Delphine.
In a joint statement, Joe and Sophie expressed, “After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents.”
Per the terms of their agreement, the former couple will alternate having their daughters in their care in two-week intervals, extending through January. This arrangement affords them the freedom to travel between the United States and the United Kingdom. This means that Sophie has the opportunity to take the girls to England, while Joe can have them accompany him on tour with The Jonas Brothers. Additionally, Sophie will be able to celebrate Christmas with her daughters in the UK alongside her family.
This custody agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation sessions in New York, during which the girls resided with Sophie Turner from October 4 to October 7.
