South Goa Consumer Commission Issues Bailable Warrant Against OLA Electric CEO Bhavish Aggarwal

The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, South Goa has issued a bailable warrant against Bhavish Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer of OLA Electric, for failing to appear before the commission in connection with a consumer complaint case despite having been served prior notice.

As per the order, the warrant directs the Bengaluru City Police to produce Aggarwal before the commission at Margao.

The commission has stated that Aggarwal may secure bail by furnishing a bond of ₹1,47,499 with one surety of the like amount. He has also been directed to remain present before the commission on February 23, 2026.

The matter relates to a consumer complaint filed against OLA Electric, and further proceedings will continue once the CEO’s presence is secured.
