PANJIM: The Spa Owners Association from Goa has written to the Chief Minister, requesting him to allow spas to operate from Monday, August 16 that is shut since April.
In their letter to the CM, they have assured to reduce the staff capacity to 50 per cent under the present circumstances and that they will follow all the guidelines of the government.
They also conveyed how they are reeling from huge financial losses, be it having to pay off big loans, clear salaries of their staff and various other aspects including rent and other fees, which have added to their burden.
