The complaint was filed in connection with a case currently being investigated by the Maina-Curtorim police. It will be taken up on June 24 at 10.30 am.
SPCA chairman directed that both Madkaikar and Naik submit a written reply together with all copies of statements and documents relevant to the matter, and addressed to the chairman.
