Goa Assembly Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar heard the appeals filed by GPCC President Amit Patkar against former Congress MLA and former Leader of Opposition Michael Lobo & MLA Digambar Kamat.
Adv Abhijit Gosawi who is representing GPCC president said the respondent advocate was not present for the hearing but filed a reply in absentia. The advocate for the petitioner has been given a copy of the reply. The next hearing has now been kept for March 6, 2023.
