PANJIM: Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) on Friday announced the results of the SSC supplementary exams with an overall pass percentage of 45.58.
Out of 1211 candidates – 667 boys and 545 girls – who appeared for the exams, boys registered a pass percentage of 43.48 while girls recorded slightly better pass percentage at 48.16.
In a statement issued earlier this week, Board Secretary Shivkumar Jangam had said school representatives can collect the passing certificates-cum-statement of grade/marks on July 11, while private candidates can collect their certificates in person from GBSHSE at Porvorim.
Reevaluation of answer sheets and verification of marks in absentia will be on July 18. Goa Board had corrected two subject papers digitally in the supplementary exams
