PANJIM: As part of ongoing road improvement initiatives under the Smart City Mission, the road carriageway stretching from Sterling Apartment near Zakis Biryani up to PWD Office (Water Division), St Inez covering approximately 150 metres will be closed for traffic until further notice.
The proposed time period for completion of the road surface including curing time is 30 days. However, alternative accesses will be provided to ensure minimal disruption for commuters and residents in the said area, the Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Ltd said, appealing to the residents and commuters to cooperate with them during the closure period.
