PANJIM: The State government on Tuesday issued a circular to give Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) announced by the Government of India to its workers applicable to the State government employees too.
The Union government had on October 18 approved the grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) equivalent to 30 days emoluments for 2020-21 to Central government employees in Group ‘C’ and all non-Gazetted employees in Group ‘B’, who are not covered by any Productivity Linked Bonus Scheme.
The payment of bonus to the eligible employees will be done in ‘e-payment’ mode only, states the circular issued by the Under Secretary (Finance – Expenditure) Premraj Shirodkar.
