PANJIM: The State government has again delayed submitting an affidavit before the High Court of Bombay at Goa in connection with a petition seeking medical evaluation of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s health.
When the petition came up for hearing on Thursday, Advocate General Dattaprasad Lawande sought more time to submit its reply on the maintainability of the petition, and the court granted 24 hours. The government will now have to submit its affidavit on Friday and the matter will be heard on Monday.
