If he is serious about
rooting out corruption in the Outline Development Plan and conversions, the Save
Old Goa Action Committee has urged TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane to stem
corruption by demolishing the Old Goa structure. They said four or five more
projects are waiting to be erected in the heritage area. They welcomed the statement of Vishwajit to demarcate the
buffer zone around heritage areas in the Regional Plan or else illegalities will
continue, they said. They also demanded that an SIT be formed to investigate
the Old Goa Illegal bungalow issue since all permission are fraud
