MAPUSA: Sewerage tank of Mapusa police station has been overflowing for the past week, causing inconvenience to the staff and visitors.
Even after writing a letter to PWD Mapusa, no action has been taken to address the problem, which is also turning into a health hazard, besides giving out foul smell and inconveniencing staff and those visiting the police station.
Police Inspector Tushar Lotlikar said a letter to PWD Mapusa had been sent on March 6, informing about the overflowing dirty water just outside the police station, however nothing was done about it as yet.
