MAPUSA: The Mapusa Municipal Council has unanimously resolved that anyone who wants to transfer shops or stalls owned by the municipality should provide either a succession deed or order on inventory proceedings to determine the legal heir.
All this while, the civic body use to rely on an affidavit sworn by the person, who wished to transfer the shops in the name of his son, daughter, wife, etc.
