Responding to Zero Hour mention tabled by Bicholim MLA Naresh Sawal on Wednesday, Dhavalikar stated that the residents would soon avail of 24×7 water and electricity supply. Earlier, the Independent MLA had highlighted the problems seeking immediate intervention. “This is the biggest failure of the government,” he had said.
