BICHOLIM: There is sufficient quantity of water in Anjunem and Amthane Dams for next 45 to 60 days.
As per the official records, the water level in Anjunem dam is 77 mts and the dam has 1220 hectare metres of water which will be sufficient for 60 days.
In Amthane dam, the water level is 47 metre and the water is being pumped in from Sal bandhara so there is enough water for about 45 days.
