PONDA: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant while providing aid to flood victims at Sacorda and launching various development works said that the Mahadev Temple at Tambdi Surla has been a major attraction for tourists and many tourists from all over world are willing to visit the spot. The government, therefore, would make effort to make it a world tourist destination, he said.
He said it government will explore the natural beauty in village areas to promote tourism activities. He said for development of tourism activities there is need of infrastructural development, which he assured to Sacorda locals. He said tourism activities would also provide source of income to them. He also assured to set up mobile towers at Sacorda to get proper connectivity
