PANJIM: The Department of Town & Country Planning (TCP) has pre published the draft Goa Land Development and Building Construction (Amendment) Regulations, 2021, for information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby.
As per the notification, this pre-publishing is required by law and notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations will be taken into consideration by the government after expiry of a period of 30 days.
All objections and/or suggestions from the public to the said draft Regulations may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Administration), Town and Country Planning Department, 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panjim, before the expiry of the said period of 30 days so that they may be taken into consideration at the time of finalisation of the said draft regulations.
These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
