PANJIM: The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has notified 41 change of zone applications under 16B of the TCP Act.
Of the 41 application, 38 have been considered either totally or partially while two have been deferred by the department.
The TCB Board has asked citizens to raise objections and/or provide suggestions to the said requests/proposals and recommendations of the TCP Board thereof, if any.
The same may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), second floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panjim before the end of two months period so that they can be referred to the Town and Country Planning Board for its consideration under sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Act, states the notification.
