PANJIM: The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has notified the requests/proposals for change of zone in respect of the Regional Plan for Goa— 2021 and recommendations of the Town and Country Planning Board. This table has been displayed for the persons likely to be affected thereby and a notice has been given that the copies of the maps and note containing the proposed changes are available for the purpose of inspection in the office of the TCP at Patto Plaza, Panjim. The table will be on display for a period of two months.
Various talukas and their respective municipal and panchayat areas are covered in the table that has the proposed changes, the settlement level plans and land use maps.
The TCP Board in its 175th meeting considered the said requests/proposals and report of the Chief Town Planner (Planning) and given its recommendations thereafter.
“All objections and/or suggestions to the said requests/proposals and recommendations of the TCP Board thereof, if any, may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), Panjim, before the expiry of the said period of two months,” said TCP in the notification published.
