VASCO: IndiGo Airlines is likely to depute a technical team to investigate the snag developed by an aircraft during take-off from the International Airport at Dabolim. Airport Director Dhananjay Rao told reporters that the team is likely to arrive in Goa within the next two days.
The IndiGo aircraft is presently grounded at the airport. In all, 187 passengers of the IndiGo aircraft which developed the snag were accommodated on a different flight to Mumbai the same day, and the incident did not affect the movement of other civil aircraft at the Goa airport, Rao said.
