CANACONA: Canacona Police on Friday arrested a migrant TV technician for allegedly hitting his colleague with a mobile on his face which resulted in losing two teeth and other injuries.
According to the police, the wife of the victim in her complaint has stated that the accused hit her husband with a mobile phone on his face, due to which two teeth of her husband got uprooted thereby causing injuries.
The alleged accused person threatened to kill the victim and other family members of his over the business issue which they are running in a rented premise, at Chaudi, police stated. A case is registered against the accused under Sections 326, 506(ii) IPC and he is placed under arrest. Both the victim and the alleged accused worked in a TV repair shop and the alleged assault which was reported on Friday was over a disagreement in profit sharing.
