PANJIM: An AC technician succumbed to injuries after he fell from the fifth floor of a building in Panjim on Thursday afternoon. Police said 24-year-old Chandrekesh Umapati Singh fell from the fifth floor of Indraprastha building where he was called for repairing an AC.
“He accidentally slipped from the space where he was repairing the AC and died on the spot,” said a police official. Police have registered a case of unnatural death and shifted the body to Goa medical college for post mortem. His family members have also been informed about the death and they are expected to arrive in Goa this week to claim the body.
