Tender processes for the new Archives & Archeology building have begun. In two to three months, it will be passed & work will commence. The temporary office will be shifted to a new place & at the same time digitization of documents will also be done, says Goa Archives & Archeology Minister Subhash Phaldesai.
Phaldesai further went on to say that if his demand of digitalising archaeological documents that he had placed two decades back was considered, landgrab scams would not have happened.
