Old Goa police on Wednesday brought the 28-year-old accused, who was arrested in connection with several theft cases, on transfer warrant from Agassaim Police Station to Old Goa Police Station for interrogation.
According to Old Goa police, the Agassaim police station had arrested Ramchandra Patil from Tivrem-Marcel and a native of Belgaum in connection with the theft cases that took place within Agassaim police jurisdiction during the last few months.
Patil had confessed of committing the crimes.
Old Goa police have brought Patil on transfer warrant to interrogate Patil in connection with the theft cases, especially house thefts, which took place in and around Old Goa jurisdiction in the past two months.
