Thief nabbed with booty

In a swift action, the Margao police arrested a native of Bijapur and recovered from him goods stolen from a city-based hospital last night.
Investigating officer, PSI Suraj Gawas informed that the police arrested the accused Hussain Nadaf (30) and recovered the stolen property from his rented premises at Nessai in Sao Jose de Areal village.
The police have recovered the goods within 24 hours since the commission of the offense. The stolen goods include a gas cylinder, tiles and a digital camera.
The Margao police are investigating.
