VASCO: A thief entered into a temple at Sada-Mormugao and decamped with cash from the donation box after offering prayers early on Tuesday.
The incident has been captured in the CCTC camera footage where a thief is seen entering the Khapreshwar Temple by breaking the lock of the main door with an iron road and offering prayers before stealing cash from the donation box.
In the complaint, the temple managing committee said that there was about Rs 30,000 in the donation box besides damaging the temple property.
The Mormugao police are conducting investigations.
