MARGAO: Maina Curtorim Police have registered an offence against a trio for assaulting the driver and conductor of a private city bus.
The incident took place at Arlem, where three men, Mangesh, Rajendra and Sikandar stopped the bus plying from Margao to Sirlim Kirbhat, assaulted the driver and conductor of the bus and fled the scene.
Police claim the assault could be a result of some previous enmity between them. The full names of the three too have not been acquired and police on a look-out for the trio. Meanwhile, the victims are undergoing treatment at Hospicio.
