PANJIM: Three of the seven COVID-19 cured patients have been shifted from facility quarantine to home quarantine while the remaining recovered persons are at the Candolim resort.
The Directorate of Health Services bulletin for Tuesday states that three cured patients have completed their seven days facility quarantine and as such are now in home quarantine for another week. The four other cured patients are at the resort in Candolim.
Out of 149 samples sent for testing, 81 have returned negative while 68 reports are awaited. On Tuesday, five suspected COVID-19 patients were isolated at Goa Medical College with the number of isolated patients now at 11.
Sixteen contacts have been put under facility quarantine. Since January 29, there have been 252 persons quarantined in different facilities.
