Three held for theft at Quepem pharmacy

MARGAO, JUNE 14
The Cuncolim police have arrested three persons in connection with the recent theft in Quepem pharmacy and burglaries in two in shops in Margao.
The police said a motorcycle stolen in Mapusa have been recovered so far and exuded confidence to recover more stolen properties from the accused persons.
The police provided the names of the arrested accused as Mervyn Fernandes, Dipesh Naik and Gokul Thapa.
The Cuncolim police have established contacts with their counterparts in Quepem, Margao and Mapusa.
The accused are likely to be taken into custody by the Quepem, Margao and Mapusa police to investigate their role in crimes registered in their jurisdiction.
