Three shops in Vasco robbed of goods, cash worth Rs 2.5 lakh

VASCO: Unknown persons targeted three shops at separate locations in Vasco, on Monday night and decamped with goods and cash worth Rs 2.5 lakh.
According to the information, three shopkeepers in their complaints to the police stated that the some unknown culprits entered their shops by bending open the shutters and decamped with cash and other goods. The shops that were robbed were a wine store, an electrical one and a wholesale food item store. 
Vishnu Sharma, owner of Dipshi Trading Company in his complaint stated the Rs 10 coin worth Rs 5,000 and other items worth Rs 25,000 were missing. 
Ratna Manjrekar, owner of Sidhivinayak Electricals said, “Today morning our staff member noticed the shutter broken. Soon after receiving information, we rushed to the shop and found that electrical and electronic items worth Rs 2 lakh were stolen. ”
A wine shop owner namely Benedicto Cardozo in his complaint to the Vasco police stated that cash and liquor bottles were stolen by unknown culprits from his shop on Monday night.  
Meanwhile, Vasco police have registered three theft cases following complaints and further investigation is in progress.
