MARGAO: Snakes seem to be descending in and around Chandor these days with three of them caught within a week and Rinku Kumar the snake catcher living in Chandor has been kept quite busy.
On Tuesday a huge rat snake was caught from the house of one Das Parmar at Cottombi, while two days ago a huge python was caught from the house of one Annie Colaco just across the bridge at Cotta. The python had crawled into the coconut pile in the house. Earlier, a rat snake was caught in the house of Sonia Poojary at Guirdolim.
