PANJIM: The Goa Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) on Thursday demanded that the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) be signed by the State government and Isha Outreach on August 23, should be made public.

Goa TMC Coordinator Trajano D’Mello asserted, “The association with Isha Foundation is purported as a step which would help and guide sustainable agricultural system and organic farming to preserve the coastline.”

Exasperated by the repeated failure of the BJP government, Trajano said that the government which peddles the slogan of ‘Sabka Sath Sab ka Vikas’ fails to ensure ‘Sab ka Vishwas’.

He demanded that the government should take people into confidence and invite their opinions and suggestions vis-a-vis the terms and conditions that would be in the MoU and initiate an open debate to discuss the positive and negative aspects of the said MoU.
