VASCO: Vasco Police arrested a Tamil Nadu native for allegedly killing his colleague at Chicalim on Wednesday night.
Police disclosed that the verbal spat between the two led to the murder.
Vasco police said 53-year-old Swaminathan Mani, a resident of Chicalim was arrested by Vasco police on Thursday for allegedly killing his colleague V M Singh with a hard object on his head.
The victim sustained grievous injuries which resulted in his instant death.
Police informed that Mani was arrested at around 1 pm and has been booked under Section 302 of India Penal Code.
The body has been kept in the mortuary and the post mortem will be conducted.
