PANJIM: Crime Branch seized contraband tobacco products worth Rs 20,19,600 from Bethora-Ponda and booked Ravindra Sudhakar Matker under the Goa Public Health Amendment Act.
Crime Branch caught Matker for having stored the products at his residence in Park Bethora. Matker has been charged under Section 87 F of the Goa Public Health Amendment Act and taken into custody. He is remanded in police custody for one day.
