PANJIM: The Siolim Coastal Security Police on Friday seized one Andhra Pradesh registered vehicle and detained its driver of Hyderabad for allegedly driving his vehicle on the Morjim beach endangering the lives of public. The driver and the vehicle was later handed over to the Pernem police station for further action.
