Tourists asked to ‘adjust’ to cash crunch
PANJIM: The State government has asked tourists visiting Goa to adjust to the cash crunch following the demonetisation. A large chunk of tourists who had arrived on Goa’s beaches had to wind up their holiday as they feared going cashless due to the withdrawal of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes from the market.
