MARGAO: Several trains are regulated and short terminated/cancelled/partially cancelled/diverted due to soil slip between Padil-Kulasekhara section in Palghat division of Southern Railway.

Konkan Railways said, Regulation of Trains are as follows: Train number 06071 DR-TEN weekly special will be regulated between Udupi and Thokur for 4 hours. Train number 06333 VRL-TVC weekly Special will be regulated between Kumta and Thokur for 4 hours.

Short Termination/ Partial Cancellation: 1. Tr.No. 01133 CSMT- MAJN special which left CSMT on July 15, 2021, will be short terminated at Surathkal and partially cancelled between Surathkal-Mangalore Junction. Train number 01134 MAJN-CSMT special of July 16, 2021, will be partially cancelled between Mangalore Junction-Surathkal and the train will start from Surathkal at a scheduled time.

Cancellation of trains: 02620 MAQ-LTT Special dated July 16, 2021, is fully cancelled and passengers of this train bound from Mangalore will be road bridged to Surathkal to board train number 01134 special Ex Surathkal. Train 06586 Karwar – Bangalore of July 16, 2021, is fully cancelled.

Diversion of Trains: 02617 ERS-NZM special July 16, 2021, is diverted via Shornur, Erode, Jolarpettai, Renigunta, Balharshah and Itarsi.
