VALPOI: A tall acacia tree fell on a flour mill at Khotodem village in Valpoi on Monday late night.
According to flour mill owner Tukaram Gholkar, his whole family were depended on that flour mill since past one decade. And now he has suffered a loss of almost two Rs 2 lakh. His flour mill machine and four mill houses were completed damaged in the tree fall.
“I have already informed to the local panchayat regarding that dangerous acacia tree and also I had told the sarpanch that it will fall one day on my flour mill house,” Tukaram Gholkar said.
