PERNEM: Pernem police seized a mini truck transporting cows illegally at Malpem, on Saturday.
Police said that the Maharashtra registered mini truck was stopped at Malpem while transporting six cows to Maharashtra from Kunchelim, Bardez. Further investigation is in progress.
The police were assisted by an activist groups engaged in protecting cows from slaughter.
