HONDA: A Nagaland registered goods carrying truck which was proceeding from Honda to Pissurlem Industrial Estate caught fire, on Tuesday. Fortunately, no casualties were reported but it is reportedly learnt that the driver was later admitted at the health centre.
Police have suspected that the vehicle’s driver must have lost control near Bhedshewada while entering the industrial area.
Since the incident took place during the wee hours, people failed to notice it and came to light only in the morning. Valpoi police and fire tender rushed to the site and brought the situation under control and are ascertaining the cause of fire.
