PANJIM: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Goa incharge Dinesh Gundu Rao on Friday asked the Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) to work for the COVID-19 infected people and try to save as many lives as possible. Even if you succeed in saving one life it is an incredible job, he said while addressing the Congress members via video conferencing to review party’s COVID control room and helpline activity.

“We need to keep politics aside as advised by our leader Rahul Gandhi ji and all of us need to focus on fighting COVID-19 pandemic,” Rao said.

Expressing his satisfaction over the working of COVID control room and helpline team, Rao advised them to work out other alternatives to reach out to the people in distress and give them helping hand.
