MAPUSA: The Calangute police recovered two bodies at Siquerim beach, on Wednesday.
Police suspect that the recovered bodies are of the two Akola tourists who drowned off Calangute beach along with three others 2 days ago.
According to PI Jivba Dhalvi, after the extensive patrolling, police managed to trace two bodies in rocky areas of Siquerim beach.
Though the police have conducted panchanama and legal formalities of the recovered bodies, they are yet to identify them.
Dhalvi said that he suspects that the two bodies are of the two missing tourists who drowned off Calangute beach.
The recovered bodies have been taken to Goa Medical College and Hospital for identification and post mortem examination.
Meanwhile, police have called the relatives of the missing tourists to identify the bodies.
