MARGAO: A sex racket was busted in Margao on Thursday. The Margao police rescued 2 girls who were pushed into the trade and arrested a pimp in the raid.
According to the Margao town police, Anwar Kanegal, a 33- year-old Bicholim resident who is a taxi driver was the pimp who supplied these girls. The girls are from Delhi and were being supplied by the arrested accused Anwar. The women were rescued and the accused was arrested from the railway station areas.
