PANJIM: Two persons, including a Thane based native have been arrested during a prostitution raid conducted by the Crime Branch at Colva on Saturday.
According to the statement issued by the Crime Branch, a raid was conducted at Aayur Saloon and Ayurvedik Massage at Colva over prostitution activities. During the raid, five victim girls who were procured and forced into prostitution, were rescued.
Police also arrested three people, Suraj Sharma, aged 32 from Xeldem-Quepem, Santosh Sonavane, aged 32 from Thane Maharashtra, currently residing in Colva.
