PONDA: Two persons from Belgaum and Hubli, who were travelling in an i20 car from Panjim to Ponda early on Friday morning were seriously injured when the car dashed against a tree at GVM circle, near GVM College at Farmagudi, Ponda.
According to Ponda police, the car was driven by Lingaraj Hiremath (23) from Belgaum, while Yallesh Tivari (39) from Hubli was travelling with him.
Both were shifted to GMC from Ponda Sub-district Hospital and their condition is learnt to be improving.
