PONDA: A motorcyclist sustained severe head injuries after a speeding car dashed against his bike at the Opa junction at Ponda at around 1.15 pm on Friday.
The car driver who made a frantic attempt to flee from the spot in order to escape from the long arm of the law landed in more trouble after he banged his vehicle into a moving truck and later banged against a compound wall by the roadside and got badly injured in the bargain.
