PANJIM: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Panjim on Sunday granted bail to the two leaders of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) who were booked under Section 499 of Indian Penal Code.
The accused, Sonia Dohan from Haryana and Shrey Kothiyal from Uttarkhan, are ordered to furnish a surety of Rs 20, 000 and told to report to the Panjim Police Station for the next four days, informed the duo’s counsel advocate Ritesh Rawal.
Dohan and Kothiyal were arrested by the Panjim Police on Saturday for allegedly impersonating and staying in a five-star in the city by concealing their identities.
