Two SIC posts soon: Parrikar

PANJIM: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar said that State will create two posts of State information commissioners (SICs) soon. Currently only one post of SIC is existing.  “A proposal for creation of two posts for SIC would be soon moved before State cabinet and accordingly the process will start,” he said. Government was at loggerhead following selection of two SIC for the state. State cabinet had then scrapped selection of both the SICs.
